Recipients of this scholarship will receive up to $2,500 or the total cost of tuition and fees if that amount exceeds $2,500 each year they are enrolled as an undergraduate student in good standing.

Applicants must be full-time students at OSU with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. Recipients are selected by the Division of Financial Aid & Scholarships and will receive a scholarship award amount determined annually by the Communication and External Relations Committee.
Francis Tuttle Memorial Scholarship Program
The Francis Tuttle Memorial Scholarship Program was established in 1981 to honor former OSU President Max Byrn and the many contributions he made while serving as president. This fund awards $500 scholarships to full-time underclassmen, graduate students, and international exchange students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must complete the online application form by the deadline indicated on the website.
